Can't find your questions & answers in the FAQ section? Then you can raise a ticket to the Tahadi Games Customer Helpdesk !

The Tahadi Games Customer Helpdesk is a messaging system set up to assist all customer related queries. Kindly take note that the system is not real time and the respond may vary according to the number of remaining tickets in the system and the number of customer relationship officers on duty. You may be able to get faster responses during operation hour:

Sunday to Thursday : 10 AM to 6PM (GMT+3)

During the operation hour, you may also use the Live Support chat request to obtain a direct conversation with a Customer Service Representative.

The Tahadi Games community forum is also a good place to discuss and exchange opinions. The community forum is meant to be social messaging platform used by all Tahadi Games members to share their ideas, feedbacks and information. In the community forums, you can expect a faster response time as it is frequently patronise by thousands of Tahadi Games members and some of them may have the answers to your questions.

Finally, if you run into a Game Master (GM) in game, you may whisper them for assistance. However, please do so sensibly and do not resort to spamming the GM in game if he is unable to reply you, erratic behaviour against the GM can be punishable.

Please understand that the GM may be busy with other tasks or answering the queries from other players, they may not be able to answer your questions immediately.
