If you are one of the winners and have not received the official email notification from support@tahadi.com, we suggest you to do the following:
1. Access your mailbox and ensure that emails from Tahadi.com is not marked as spam
2. Login to your Tahadi Playpass account to ensure that your email address is correct at : http://www.tahadi.com/playpass
3. Create a ticket at http://support.tahadi.com/ to communicate with Game Masters directly.
4. Send an email to support@tahadi.com .
Last but not least, if all efforts initiated by Tahadi Games to establish communication with the prize winners did not provide any response, we will forfeit the prizes and possibly conduct new challenge with it!
